2000 AAHP Institute Forum: Tools & Tactics for Quality Improvement

To highlight the activities taking place as a part of TOD, the Program Office developed a forum titled, Taking on Diabetes: Tools and Tactics for Quality Improvement, that was presented at AAHP's Annual Institute, June 4-7, 2000 in Orlando, Florida. The forum featured an overview of the Initiative and the tools it offers health plans as they work to improve health care quality for people with diabetes, as well as presentations by several AAHP member health plans and other organizations that have been involved in the Initiative's frontline activities.

The forum was presented on Wednesday, June 7. The session included:
